February marked the kick-off workshop for the cluster’s Business Process Optimiser Programme at Munster Technological University Kerry. This programme is funded by the EU project Smart Agri Hubs and the first cycle is taking place until May 2022 using a collaborative workshop approach to drive productivity improvements.
Participants from industry members Ireland Genetics, the National Cattle Breeding Centre and Munster Bovine are focused on optimising their business processes for three selected projects.
The second cycle will run from May to September 2022. The deadline to register is the 29th of April.
This is a must do programme if you are an AgriTech company who wants to fast-track an improvement project and has a desire to develop continuous improvement skills while nurturing teamwork.
